See What AI Says is run by an independent individual operator resident in mainland China. There is no company, no registered entity and no office, which is also why there is no business address on this page — we're not going to print one that doesn't exist.
For the transaction itself, Creem (creem.io) is our merchant of record and acts as the seller of record: they take the payment, handle applicable sales tax and VAT, and issue your receipt. Your contract for the report is with us; your payment contract is with them.
The charge appears on your statement as CREEM.IO, not as See What AI Says. Worth knowing before you see it, so that an unfamiliar line becomes an email to us rather than a dispute with your bank.
A one-time analytical report on how AI systems currently describe and recommend your business. It is delivered as a private web page and a PDF. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
The report is a record of measurements taken on a specific date, plus our recommendations based on them. It is not a guarantee of any outcome. We do not promise that following the recommendations will cause AI systems to mention you, increase your traffic, or produce any commercial result. Anyone who does promise that is not being straight with you.
AI systems change constantly and are partly personalised. Results you see yourself may differ from ours. We document our conditions so you can tell why.
Findings in the core measured sections are reproducible from the raw records we retain. Sections marked as interpretation are our reading of that evidence and carry a correspondingly higher chance of being wrong; they are marked in the report so you can weight them accordingly. If you find a factual error, tell us and we'll correct the report.
Order reports for domains you own or are authorised to act for. Don't resell or republish reports as your own work. You are welcome to share your own report with anyone, including your agency or staff.
Payment is taken before generation, and is processed by Creem, our merchant of record, who acts as seller of record and handles applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China, and any dispute between you and us that we can't settle by email goes to the courts of mainland China. If you are a consumer somewhere with mandatory local protections, this clause doesn't take them away from you. Your payment is with Creem and their terms govern that leg of it.
Realistically: a report costs $29.90, so litigation is worse than pointless for both of us. Almost everything is fixable by writing to us, and the refund policy is deliberately built so that you never need to escalate to get your money back.

We'd like to use Google Analytics to count how many people read this page and how many go on to buy a report — nothing beyond that.
